Our care-inclusive non-profit Assisted Living and Memory Care community is perfectly situated on a beautifully wooded 10-acre campus adjacent to the Greenbelt in the heart of Staten Island. The Brielle’s care-inclusive Assisted Living residences offer flexible personal care plans to meet the needs of older adults in one monthly fee. Just because needs may change doesn’t mean lifestyle has to change. Our accessible Assisted Living residences offer the level of independence and privacy residents want with the help they need to continue to live the life they love.

The Brielle features LCS’ renowned Heartfelt CONNECTIONS – A Memory Care Program® for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. This person centered philosophy is grounded in the belief that the abilities that remain are far more important than those that are lost.


With multiple floor plan options for both Assisted Living and Memory Care, residents and families have the opportunity to choose the one that’s just right. We invite new Assisted Living residents to make themselves at home in comfortable studio, one-bedroom, and companion suites and Heartfelt Connections residents in either studio or companion suites.
